The ECO4 Scheme

If an energy provider has over 250,000 customers they are obliged to charge their customers a small amount of ‘Green Tax’ which is added onto the customers bill. This money is then kept aside to reinvest into the UK economy to help with carbon emissions. By having more sufficient insulation, renewable central heating and solar you are heavily reducing your properties impact on the environment.

The exact enhancements depend on your property’s assessment [which we will carry out]. Though not every home qualifies for all upgrades, we aim to fully exploit your property’s energy efficiency potential, aiming to improve your EPC rating by at least two bands.

Generally, for those on gas central heating, they will have a new combi boiler and extra home insulation where needed. For those who are off-gas, more measures are usually required to increase the efficiency of your home which will include solar panels.
